Atlas Copco Mafi-Trench (ACMTC) is part of the Gas and Process division of Atlas Copco. The company was purchased by Atlas Copco in 2007 and currently employs approximately 170 people at its manufacturing facility located in Santa Maria, California, USA. ACMTC has produced custom engineered hydrocarbon turboexpanders and expander generators since 1975. The company's turboexpanders are in service worldwide serving industries such as natural gas processing, petrochemical, hydrogen purification, dew point control, waste heat recovery, and geothermal power generation.
