Our company culture promotes a healthy mix of experienced consultants and younger employees. Our tutoring system ensures that young employees are supported by more experienced colleagues, and thus introduced to the consulting business. Long-standing competence and youthful creativity, dependability and innovation constitute our basis for successful projects.
UNIORG employees often have an interdisciplinary training and approach. Before coming to us, many worked in "conventional" companies in a wide range of professions and capacities.
